There is a bug that make Zhao Yun at some point have like 2k4 attack per minute, really appreciate if you fix that

Hi Faheeley, one minor other thing id mention, is i think the morale stats should be halved, especially if this mod is used with (lvl 30) ---in level 30 mod, everyone will eventually get to 200 authority.

or if its used with beneath a red sky. in beneath a red sky morale is the most significant batle stat.

with one or both of the above mods, it makes this mod quite extreme.

@Holynevil I don't think load order matters so much for this since this doesn't change the same modifiers. Place this above any overhauls to be safe.

@AustereHare Ranged attack rate now instead of AP dmg. Now ranged can use all the extra ammo they get :Emil:.

i love this mod. it is brutally balanced, and makes the generals so much more interesting.

i personally think the water unlock skill should be ranged firing rate, because as it is it forces water generals to use only crossbows. :lunar2020halodragon:

For balance purposes I think that max bonuses you can get from an extreme in a specific WuXing shouldn't be higher than the bonus you can get from a skill. Especially since it is easier for the player to stack similar bonuses than it is to the AI.

Regarding Balance:

1 - "Cunning" (water) - The bonus to campaign movement range needs a rework, currently the difference between low and high values is extremely high, meaning there'd be no reason to not have a Strategist leading an army - I'd suggest changing the bonus to a range between only -10% and +10%, to the army, regardless of being commanding. If that is not possible it'd be better to just scrap this bonus, unless it's intended to make all commanding officers strategists.

2 - "Instinct" (fire) - The bonus for construction time should probably be changed to something else, it is way too prevalent of a bonus, even at a low ranges.

Similarly, still on instinct, both the charge bonuses are too high, and they contribute to the power creep on red cavalry, whilst making commanders and yellow cavalry even less appealing.

I really love your mod, but theres one aspect thats a little unbalanced. Its the movement range of strategists. It almost makes no sense to not have the strategist commanding because of the skill that gives 25% campaign movment plus the 60% u get from having high cunning. This is worse fot Ai because they dont always have a strategist command their army. Would it be possible to change that value or maybe change the perk for cunning to be +accuracy for your ranged units instead of campaign movement?

@leon "This army" applies to all units in an army.

I am updating campaign movement range to be only the commanding general because the effect does not seem to work at the moment.

I had a similar mod up called Revised Attributes. I tried updating it and ruined my translation in the process. So I put some more work into it and rereleased it as this mod.

I suggest that the soil: reduce the cost of recruiting soldiers, which is in line with the game set, the power leaders can always recruit more soldiers who are willing to serve, such as Liu Bei, Cao Cao, Yuan Shao, Sun Jian and so on. This is just my immature idea。

Okay Liu Bei is basically a god. I'm not really sure how to fix this without making it worse for every other character in the game.

General life is not supposed to be fixed at 18k. WOOD buff health does not affect soldiers. WOOD buff armor does affect soldiers.

You get a level 1. The -3 applies if you have a conscription building, for instance.

So if you have an outside factor increasing recruit levels it works against it.

@rasta I had the same thoughts making this. Fire needed some love in the governing department, and most other attributes for that matter. Water didn't have one, or Earth. *shrug*

I'm excited to give this a try! I always felt that the vanilla attribute bonuses were a bit underwhelming, and a bit disappointing in how the bonuses weren't equally useful in battle and in governing. It's funny how Instinct is described as "fervor in both battle and statecraft", but its bonuses only affect battle.
