to alter it's settings look for the small star shape on it or you can use the apple core console when one is spawned after that just hook up a power source if using Atlantis shield hook a ZPM into it then everything should work if the shield shuts down in an attack leave it for a few minutes and then start it up again
Sometimes it will work as intended, stopping outsiders, their hitscan shots and projectiles
Other times it won't stop anything, and sometimes it's a mix between them, stopping proj but not hitscan, and most of the time outsiders can just waltz right in the field
It is not, and anyone is free to make it as a standalone version.

The shield core has a little button on it, you can't just press anywhere you want.
do you have spacebuild installed because then you need power
when i spawn in any shield it will not let me open it, all it does is make a weird ass noise adn then not work. has this happened tro anyone else? if so what do i need to do.
To subscribe to it what else? If we could disable people posting here we would but as this is not possible currently we can't do more than refer you to the forum.

Didn't I already tell you that you have to post in the forums if you're going to write a bug report/suggestion? Comments on these pages aren't linked to the coder and in this case the core won't change much as the original author of it left CAP.

if you set it to be any height (up down) larger than the other widths, when rotating the shield core itself (entity not in its settings) it animates world rather than local coordinate up-down so that smaller up-down heights make it to where some of the top part of the bubble doesn't show. When you rotate it, its height up-down changes as a model in world coordinates, but actually remains the same in local coordinates. in addition, much larger up-down hights of the shield make the animation faster while remaining the same bubble shape. (again, it's the drawing of the bubble beeing generated (slowly appearing), the actual bubble shape remains the same shape in local coordinates).
Just thought I should let you guys know if no one else told you.
The shieldcore is not removed or anything it's been disabled because recent updates breaking it. Until it has been fixed it will be disabled. Please read the update logs next time if you're wondering about specific changes in the pack.
This is all for stargate but can be used with SBEP!
I'm comfused.
The best thing to test this is to remove every addon and only install CAP + Wire and see what happens (trail and error) as this is a clientside bug we can't really provide more useful information than our normal trouble shoot steps of removing all addons and re-installing.
Your computer might be too low end, your operation system is corrupted or you have conflicting addon(s)
Yes i can imagine it taking some months but i am pretty much just gonna wait here so good luck working on it :)!
