Yeah they use the same textures. It shouldn't be too heavy, but yeah at least 16gb of ram should be necessary i think.

Does your assets use the same textures? does the assets go easy on ram? loading screen mod?

Really nice work! Thanks again -- these assets are making me slowly building an Italian part of town in my city hahaha hope there's more to come soon! One minor note, I think the restaurant side is flipped on one side of the corner building?
