The way it used to work with TNL Deluxe is that I would conquer a capital and then next turn I would get all unique units and improvements from that civ. Something happened and it doesn't give me that option.
This mod lets me do that. It lets me convert units into their unique versions. However, it lets me do that from the start and doesn't give me the option to turn it off. I want to have to conquer a civ before I can use their stuff and this lets me use any civ's stuff from the start. What's going on?
