@franknikko I did some research and loaded up the FM14 Editor and checked some players. For example Virgil van Dijk who's the best defender atm had a PA of 151 at the age of 22.. For FM19 he has 175. It shows that the FM researchers often sets a lower PA at younger age which is why some of the best real talents fades away when the regens are produced.

@notminzo Ebosele is in the game, while I have added Joe Hodge. If he won't appear please download the database from the website.

@J1_jamal You will need to start a new season for them to appear.

@franknikko I have tried to set a realistic PA for the talents - What you talk about the regens is exactly why I hate they are included within the game from first season! For the first, their PA is often really unrealistic as you can find American regens from the start of a new save with 160+ in PA. With the amount of players within the database we would not need regens until we are 2-3 seasons in the game. If they should be included from the last quarter of first season we need that the chance of seeing a +170 PA regen is reduced.

so disapointed. Was expecting talents. no a bunch that wil never get a 1st team game. since regens will beat them out befor they even get til 18yo

Hi @atze_metz thanks for your feedback and the interest in this database. The latest update which you can find on the website https://www.passion4fm.com/potential-wonderkids/ lets you see Fitz-Jim, Hillen and Sloot at Ajax. Zamani will be set to unattached for the next update, as I cant find any sources for the Utrecht transfer. Perheps you got a valid source for it? If you got information about other Dutch talents that should be added please make me aware of them=) Thanks.


P.S. Due to a problem with Steam which creates a new WorkShop edition for the database for everytime I save an update it's better for everyone to go to the website to download the latest file, unless you don't browse my Workshop content to find the latest update. P.S The latest update was published 23.07.2019

I'll give you an update about some new introduced youngsters in Holland. Although more youthplayers made a transfer, I only focus on the new players you introduced in the game. Before I go in some detail, I will thank you for your update en keep up the good job!
Kian Fitz-Jim and Rio Hillen (AZ Alkmaar u19) and Steven van der Sloot (Feyenoord Rotterdam U19) are transferred to Ajax Amsterdam. Bonnah is transferred from Ajax u19 to RB Leipzig u19. Zamani went from Ajax to FC Utrecht.
