If you're playing with Great Age Boosts, then during Golden Ages you get an extra 20% boost IIRC, so China would be getting a very fat chunk per eureka since they already get an extra 10% as their civ ability.
I think it will be a great combination with Korea's abilities with Gwanggaeto's military traits, Gwanggaeto's Korea will be a civ that will be great in military which will be fed by scientific advancement.
