If I can make the mutations work similar to the mods, then I will give you credit, considering you are the main author of the mods. :)

It must be a conflict with another mod you have enabled at the same time because it never hides it for me but if you tell me what addon's you are using I will try to help.

Oh and just incase people might appreciate it unlike most headshot mods I've found, I've fixed Sniper rifles and the magnum to not cause one hit kills! They still blow off limbs and knock zombies back but they will get back up and come at you unless you blow off there head! Unfortunatly haven't found a way to force decapitation with melee so thats your saving grace if you get ganged up on!
