I just updated Static.

- Darker Blacks.
- Frontal arm position fixed.
- Legs position improved.
- Cape working as intended.
- Static can´t be electrified.

Personally, I think you're better off dropping the cape. It looks weird in motion, and adding capes in the hero editor is more trouble than it's worth. Other than that, looks great!

The sad part is, he still can't take down most of the villians I encounter. Then again, most of them are superstrong.
