Please fix this issue. I'm getting the ERROR instead of the clipboard everytime.

you take the .psd and open it either in photoshop or gimp as long as you have the plugin for it, add whatever you want, save a .tga and turn it into a vtf with the same naming as the stock texture. Make sure to back up anything you plan to overwrite.

But there are no *.psd files in the SFM download for your file? Do I create the VMF and VTX files for the model? And replace clapper_custom?

There is one skin however i have provided a psd for you to modify as you see fit to replace the original skin!

Try unsubscribing, boot up sfm to have it remove the files, quit out of sfm and resubscribe and boot back up sfm. If that does not work tell me and I will push an update out with the same mesh and everything :)
