I found it in Overlays and Cuinover, it's a very subtle effect and it's actually quite nice. Thank you for keeping this up, the people who can't find it are just too lazy to actually search a little, took me about 60 seconds.

Did you look in the correct location? It's in the sandbox menu -> Post Processing -> Overlays.

Access these on the overlays tab on the post processing tab. As for the second question, I have no idea what it even means.

Sorry, but in 2013 this addon had three overlays in it, I broke it by mistake and still haven't been bothered to fix it. Maybe I'll add it in 6 years from now.

It'd be cool if you made more overlays, like security cam overlays (one animated and one not) with versions that say "recording"

Or possibly the overlay which is on the screen whenever you use suit zoom, only without the yellow circles in the middle.
