I haven't tested this for several versions, but if you start a lan game through the multiplayer menu and have no one join you'd be effectively playing it single player. Keep in mind the mission was designed for COOP though.

Two words: CREATE. PARAMETERS.

I'm sick of having to deal with two squads of AAF infantry at spawn and then dealing with a company of CSAT guys IMMEDIATELY at spawn. Also sick of dealing with pitch black nights.

@NGR we fixed this by removing the respawn script from the code entirely. but then you respawn on an island if you die. so we had to move that to a code that lets us spawn back in the prison.

Does anyone think they can reconfigure the spawns for this for Iron front units. i would love to have a Iron Front rehash.

@shittyIvan not that hard. they wave off after not spotting anything for 5 minutes. so just sit inside a building for a bit.

Overpowered guard chopper at spawn is overpowered. X-Ray vision and heatseeking bullets, impossible to avoid even in buildings...

yeah the ai is still a bit mental cause as soon as you kill the last guard the heli (which is fine) and an endless amount of ai turn up making it impossible to escape

@Neo - Would it be fine if I edited the mission to change the playable units to the units my group uses? (3CB Units, 3CB Equipment). It would only be for internal use and wouldn't be re-published, but wanted to clear it with yourself first?

I have heard about this problem only two times until now. Can't reproduce it here and most people don't suffer from this problem. Have you tried hosting the mission on a dedicated server (hosted locally)?

Hey! Great mission! I've played your updated mission on 1.7.3, however in that version there seems to be a glitch with the spawn on almost every map such as Altis, Chernarus, Takistan etc. This only happens during mulitplayer and when we spawn in we fall right through the world and die. we try reloading and other maps but it does not seem to solve the issue. If I play single player, it works like a charm. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you and once again great mission.

I didn't make an escape for Kunduz Vally. You'll have to talk to the mission author.

I've officially handed the development of the escape missions over to them as I just don't have the time anymore. The mission is in good hands.

Updated version 1.7.1 is out now. Includes many updates and works for a tonne of maps.

@Kolljak & locdog The despawing items/weapons/magazines is a bug in the latest A3 patch and has nothing to do with escape, look it up in the A3 feedback tracker.

@Anders, Antwolf Have you played the latest version or some modded? The AI is not spawning endlessly around the players. AI only spawns when you move arpund the map. The AI is comming because you were detected by them and the commander sends patrols towards your last known position. When you barricade in a house for a few minutes, the incomming AIs will become much less.

I agree with Anders and charlie, me and my friends used to get together and exclusivly play escape, the mission used to have big firefights (on the older versions of arma 3, pre- fatigue update) now i just feel like as soon as a patrol finds you it feels like an endless spawn of enemies. Also worth noting, ive had a bug where the revive option makes the dead player fall through the map , or spawns at the other side of altis. anyway, i bloody love this gametype. Hope we get an update soon

Hi ! The scenario is almost impossible to finish =/ Ok, the AI spawns everywhere (so we can shoot'em up) but why make a tank spawn at the beginning ? It's not everytime but when it comes... Oh my god XD The other thing is, sometimes after we pick up a vehicule and try to reach the extraction point, we just explode, with no explication. So what is it ? Artillery ? I ask you because it's so sad to die without a good reason... =/ Anyway, you did an awesome work and the scenario is very immersive ! Thank you for reading ;)

This mission feels like impossible to complete, not because of the fatique but because of the spawning of AI. Me and my friends cant even leave the starting zone because the AI just keep coming at us. No matter where we go, new AI spawns in even if we escape the place new AI just spawns in, and that will start to lag the server, we tried fighting the massive army of AI but they just kept coming. So I think you MUST be able to do something because it's just impossible to escape a huge army of AI that just keeps coming.

Just don't grab the heavy vests and backpacks. You can run for minutes if you have a light vest, a normal rifle (not a KAC or negev) and a launcher with one rocket.

But I hear you and add a fatigue option to the nest release :D
