This is way better than my first attempt!
Some of the thrusters do not have the "Thruster & RCS" signal applied to them and having the switch in the hangar is perhaps counter-intuitive (most designs I have seen it is near the bridge/cockpit). Additionally you could simplify the life-support by removing the hangar ventilator and the forcefield between it and the constructor, you would retain 3 separate pressurised areas running of the one ventilator, very efficient.
Finally, you could easily reduce the cost and unlock level by replacing the large thrusters with medium ones and the T3 fuel tank for a pair of T2 ones while maintaining similar maneuverability.
I know it's only a small CV, however there isnt much space for docking HV's and SV's - I know larger hangars and/or landing pad's can sometimes be a hindrance (and add to the cost and size) to the design, but I think it's useful functionality to have for a CV, as it is one of its main roles...for me anyway.
Also it's very nimble for a CV, but that's just my personal preference to thinking larger CV's shoudnt be super nimble, many like it that way though. Possibly needs more fuel tanks as with only 1 small HV or SV docked, you would likely be bringing this CV planetside more often, which heavier CV's use more fuel when they are flying around planetside.
Anyway only because you asked for suggestions/feedback :)... Otherwise not to take anything away from the build, its a very cool CV design, inside and out. Really like it...Thumbs up from me
Do you have anything else on the workshop ?
