I do not like it at all

Well, I got to this mission ... Everything is done, thanks, and of course a few remarks:
1) The communication center task cannot be performed. I copy the data under the green arrow and when everything is finished nothing happens. The task remains unfinished.
2) I was performing the first task of returning the Altis truck to the army, but for some reason I got a message that the scouts had been shot.
Under what conditions can hostages be killed?
Maybe because some of my fighters were firing at other locations and visible enemies?
3) Are task locations randomized? Should I play a second time?

Wishes:
1) Increase the number of volleys of mortars. (3 is very small). Let it be 15. Smoke screens and, of course, fragments are very useful.
2) Let the player's group be 20 people. It is very difficult to play on a veteran, you need a reserve and people for equipment operators. I think 20 fighters will be enough to pass without saves and complicated form on (veteran)

3) FPS is bad at the beginning. Perhaps, after completing some tasks, you can delete objects and units of the completed task, for example, policemen with cars, miners after clearing the mission of assistance and other things where possible so as not to violate the idea ... But you should not remove the corpses, sometimes useful loot and infa.
