this mod shouldn't exist. Beakthings should do as much damage as possible. Beak things should be buffed. Whoever dissagrees if gonna be fed to my bonedog.

Learn to use Crossbows, and the following fake out, pause the game , hit the R key, and the move a short distance from your position as the BT winds up and misses. This is enough to reload a oldworld Xbow, a second time is enough to fire it. Repeat until it bleeds out and then take it's meat.

My son Jameson started playing Kenshi last week because his friend Elijah told him about it. After a few hours of purchasing him the game I heard him yell "AHHH, THESE LONG NECK TURKEY MOTHERFUCKERS ARE EATING ME!" I ran upstairs and found that he had gone into a feral state (I'm assuming out of fear) and had destroyed most of his room.

This mod seemed like a great way for me to solve this problem and make the game a lot less scary for my son, and I praise you for the great work you've done. Unfortunately the damage had already been done and I've been living with my son like this for a few days. I've had to start feeding him raw meat and road kill.

I can no longer take this and am planning on abandoning him in the desert by baiting him with some chicken breast. 0/10 make a mod to change my son back you fucking bitch.

Thank you so much for this mod, my son Elijah tried playing this game but he was terrified at the "dinosaurs", ha, silly kid can't read. Anyway, he just likes to run around exploring and they started chasing him and KO'd his character and began to eat him alive. He was so upset he started crying, which prompted me to look for a mod exactly like this.

Now whenever Elijah acts up I tell him that the beak things will come for him in his sleep so he better sleep with one eye open, or they'll bite his fucking legs off and he'll be wheelchair bound for the rest of his goddamn life.

This caused my wife to leave with Elijah and now I have a crippling drinking addiction because I miss my son. 0/10 this mod ruined my family.

Welp, a sweet attempt to make your son not have nightmares playing this, but beak things are just one of many scary things Kenshi has to offer. I might suggest playing Outward with him, as that's a split-screen difficult RPG. Would be fun for both of you.

After reading that suggestion, I tried it, but it doesn't really seem to work. Damage just reads as -1, which is effectively the same as 0.
