You have to be in advanced for advanced vehicles to work, thats just how it is.

I tried driving it with adv.vehicles off but it didnt want to start moving and when the engine was on the engine RPS went down to 0

Unusual looks) I also worked on the amphibious idea, but it turned out not so stable
