for the past 2 days, i'm finding that if someone joins my game after it started or someone leaves, the game now crashes.

ENLIVEN heals all your units (including buildings) for 100 scrap. UNRAVEL permanently reveals a spot in the map. Just click on what you want to expose and it stays on permanent radar there. It's best to use on the enemy base. Unfortunately, there is a current bug that ENLIVEN crashes the game. :(

Firstly thanks for a great mod. Only recently found this game on steam and bought 2 copies. (Played the demo back in the days and loved it)
Is there anyway to add Longbow / Assault Tanks to hunt? When I play a skirmish against an AI with loads of units it would help if my artillery and tanks could help fight ;) with less macro. After all the AI hunts me...Is it a quick fix? I added canHunt = 1 to some odf's. The menu appears now but does nothing.

Just love this mod, you have maps that require 4 players to beat it, love the toughness and relentless enemy, kill counts are always in the thousands, absolute mayhem bliss! Fun!

Giving this a thumbs down. SP Missions become unplayable with this mod. At a timer to restore the AAN base.
After 1 minute the first bomber arrives, and several minutes later getting swarmed by mortar bikes without being able to defend, base wiped in econds.

This mod has definitely added a lot of new flavor to the game, really digging the majority of what's inside, especially the Omega Burst (although firing two of those big blasts simultaneously can cause the sound to break haha) though I do have a couple of nitpicks, particularly the Betty alerts and especially the relentless AI... although -that- could be more attributed to my being such a rookie scrub lol


PS: Condor and Nova Carrier are just APCs that carry assault tanks instead of infantry :P (They come pre-loaded with tanks)

The mod at all is great, but because of THIS mod some levels are impossible to complete. Like "Fanning the fire, Hole in One, Crystals, and perhaps some other". Was it intented to be like that, I don't know, but on medium level of difficulty you are being overwhelmed by dozens of enemy crafts after approximately 5-10 minutes. There is no way to build defenses and survive. And the funniest part is that these waves come all over and over again. Maybe add some description how to perform or fix that, cause it makes campaign impassable.

Favorite right now. I havent been plating UT3 with sentinels mod lately as this has a great look to it. Surprising heavy usage of my newest grafix card. Kudos to u die hard fans that have kept this game alive. Frankly BZ2 was a big disappointment over the excellent bzone with its instant action tour de force. Who can forget the rave gun in leap?
This is my mod of choice right now. The textured skins/maps and the mod addon to the scion i like playing is for lack of a better word, exquisite. UNREAL.

is there a guide on the builds and weapons? how am i suppose to know what does what, which weapon is best, if theres no info on what they do.

Thanks for this, I like how it links a whole bunch of other mods together. Just finished the Scion playthrough and will do the IDSF ending next. It was impossible for me on Hard mode on the missions where the enemy had full scale building ability. But Medium was enough of a challenge and gave my first BZCC campaign playthrough a fresh feel compared to years of BZ2. I was actually getting challenged because previous strategies weren't working anymore, haha.

This also taught me how to build-cancel as well to skip slow scrap accumulation, which is both handy and manditory. And oh... rocket towers, the only defence you'll ever need. Found that out the hard way!

Hey dude. Lots of config mods use asset dependencies. It makes it easier for the community to share assets between mods without having to redownload the same files. It may seem excessive at first glance, but behind the scenes we're saving your internet data some bits and bytes. ;)

The way mods are integrated with the workshop in BZCC, all gameplay assets must be explicitly integrated by a particular config mod. What this means is that if a particular map is to be played in a mod, the modder must add that to the mod specifically; the user isn't able to load other maps themselves, independent of the mod. Unfortunately, the makers of VSR have not given us permission to use their assets in Retaliation X, and it would be a breach of Steam TOS to do so against their wishes.

My suggestion to you is to ask them to reconsider. If enough people express an interest, maybe they will change their minds.

Hrm thanks for your playing the game and interest in this mod but FE is something else all together than Retalliation X. I recommend you join the Battlezone Discord server. Some of the people who are actively trying to port FE to BZCC hang out there.

Hi , I was playing BZ1 and BZ2 from the start. Was a friend of Time Virus and especially of Pastel who basicly was one of the designer of most of Forgotten Ennemies Models. I've started to play the new versions recently and am Curious to know if FE was worked on by someone to be included as a MOD for BZ2 (best game of all time) !!!

Maulers come no matter what even if i leave the scion matriarch alone. Hence why i said no matter what i do. The mauler trigger is bugged

"You must leave the Scion Recycler alone until it deploys or else you will alert the nearby Mauler production facility that will unleash hell upon you. Your superior officers do not yet know of this, which is why they tell you to engage.

Either get as much defense as quickly as you possibly can, destroy the Recycler and immediately complete the rest of the mission with the transmitter and collapse the cave before your base gets overrun, or let enemy build a base in the south, and beat them that way. That way you will also have a lot more defense built to hold off the Mauler swarm, but they will eventually prevail so you need to head to the cave and speed past them in a fast unit (like a Scout or Mortar Bike) and trigger the collapsing cave to stop the Maulers."
