Warning for anyone still using this with the current version of ESU. It causes a ton of siuper bad bugs from Terra Incognito everywhere to all Trade centers disappearing. Do not use.

This mod is integrated into Elder Scrolls Universalis, because @Mkorda no longer can provide technical support of it. So if you want to use it with vanilla game, you might need to change something in mod's files.

Can this work with base game or do I need the Elder Scrolls Universalis mod for the music mod to function correctly?

it says "Europa Universalis" in the description instead of "Elder Scrolls Universalis", you should probably fix that
