After you have downloaded it, click Local Play in your main menu and then click Single Map. Then just choose Stunt Mania v.2 from the list of downloaded maps.

This is an unforgiving track. I make no apoloogizes for how extremely hard it is. I will say however, that, even I, took several dozen tries to complete the circut without messing up.
