Also, one of his voice lines are Oi, Mobbu - Please?
And finally he can "exorcise" ghosts, which makes ghosts not drain sanity or something.

Some perk ideas:

"Rallying Leader"
Players around Reigen gain 1.5x sanity boosts from all sources, and 0.5x sanity reduction from all sources (outside from Insects and insect bosses)

"Simple Fraud"
Reigen deals 0.5x damage with all weapons
