I chose not to include all options as there are too many styles and they often change depending on how many roads connect to the roundabout. Basically, you should be able to do D1-5a, just without the last arrow pointing back down (though that might also be possible if you can rotate the v part, so that you have a y, then a w and 2 vs).

After loading a save with Procedural Objects and any fonts enabled, select any prop.or building to place, slick "convert to Procedural Object" in the top-right and place it. Click the little plus icon below the newly placed object and click "Edit", then click on "Text Customization" in the pop-up. In the text editor, click "Add New Text", select the desired font (press the buttons on either side of "Arial"). In this case, find "MB Arrows". In the text field, type the characters corresponding to your desired arrows. For more information on how to use the text editor, look up some Procedural Objects tutorials online.
I'd start with the bottom parts if the arrows and place them a few notches from the bottom of the sign (when moving text, they move around in small "notch" increments) then place the top part above it. This lines them up perfectly from the bottom of the signs when using multiple arrows.
