Hi, sorry, probably wrong chat to ask the question, but frequently when my children change to adults, they and their portrait changes sex. Is that normal? This is my first game, and I am using all your mods and a few others.

Btw, I'm currently trying to switch some portraits around. Namely I find that we have too few male healer portraits, so I decided to try and shift one of the inventor portraits over to healer. I added a line with " <GraphicMale Value="HumMalHea01"/>" to the 2 parts in the xml where there are other healer related lines already present and renamed the full body and the portrait file to HumMalHea01. But the picture still doesn't show up in game. Am I missing something?

It will still work yes as it adds new subrace xml files and only affects the modified characters

This sure does bring much needed variety. But about half of these portraits don't really fit with the vanilla art style or are too rough/blurry.

Random +1. Just one of many, but it needs to be stated how much this spices up the game after your fifth or sixth playthrough with the vanilla portraits.

I love this mod. I tried to add some character-pictures myself without just replacing existing ones, but failed miserably.

Your welcome. If you don't have it, I found this too: https://www.deviantart.com/greenviggen/gallery . He did a lot of Thea 2 work and his gallery has some characters for other clients that are in the same style.

They have a different colouring, like they're more brighter and vibrant than the final release artworks but I think I might be able to do something with them.

Not sure if you've seen this yet, but I found an artist here who says he did work for Thea 2 and he has a gallery: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/6EJzx

However, I don't recall seeing those images in the game. I bet they went with a different artist. Anyway, they do kind of fit if you want to look into them.

Most artworks are unrelated yes luckily Google is pretty good with with its image search.
The amount of work depends, some images take as little as 1 minute while some take well over 2 hours.

I still have more than 2000 images available but they're pretty much all for characters that have lots of artworks already like warriors and hunters.

This is awesome, thank you man. Most of all I love how all the portraits fit into the game style. Amazing selection and fitting into game skills.

Most of them are unrelated artworks, yes? That is amazing how they are look like they were made in single style. Must be a LOT of work in this

The issue with enemies that double up (or triple up etc etc) with the same art is a problem with how the game reads artwork which is outside of my control unfortunately.

Ok I see the problem. Brakhar's New Enemies literally replaces all the enemies in the game with copies of the existing ones. Since they literally count as different enemies they don't have the artworks of this mod.

Looks like all enemies have become standard. There is a suspicion of a conflict with the "Brakhar's new enemies" mod. But in this summer it was okay together. Now I have added your latest awesome work (merfolks, tinkerers, attrraction and lairs) to my last working build, and Brachar remains at the bottom of the list, as he should.

for some reason, portraits on enemies stopped working. Perhaps I went through the mods. Although basically all mods from the Xeno collection. Any idea what might have broken this?

I think Xeno will be able to add more images. But from the ones presented by you it will be possible to do this only for 2 (it cannot be knocked out stylistically and it is easy to remove the background). But this is my opinion.

Some new hellhound pictures would be great. The vanilla one is just a slight recolor of the bies with some orange aura meant to represent 'flames'. I'm working on a bunch of transformation events, and some have a chance to turn characters into hellhounds, so more hellhound variants would be great. Here's some good ones:

I'm running all three and it's running as you mentioned it should, hunters start with hunters mark and the warriors retaliation skill is strength based. There must be a problem with your mod list either there is a wrong order somewhere or another mod isn't compatible with Better Humans.

nope...stil not working like it should...the starting skills for hunter should be hunter mark and warrior retaliation should be based on strength....as it is warriors retaliation is based on intelligence and hunter not getting hunters mark
