Main mod will need updating though, and will have to wait for Mori Shep on that.

Updated it. The duplicates were old defs, that I am renaming. Kept them around for now so they don't suddenly disappear from a player's save if they are using them.

For combat extended though, they're now thoroughly removed right from the start and have no legacy versions.

For information my mod load order was:
Oni of the Rim
Oni of the Rim More Weapons
Combat Extended
Combat Extended Melee
Combat Extended Guns
Oni of the Rim: Combat Extended (marked in yellow as old 1.0 version)
Hope this is of help in order to get the mod updated. I tested some of the other weapons but they seemed to work correctly, so it seems the only problem is that some vanilla versions of some weapons get included.

Well, I have done some testing and it seems most of the weapons work correctly with this old 1.0 versjon of the Oni of the Rim:Combat Extended patch. I did find that some weapons where duplicated and there existed both an CE and Vanila version of some weapons at the same time.
This happens to both the Oni fukiya and the Oni war kunai. The fukiya is named Oni fukiya (normal) (Darts) for the CE compliant version and Oni fukiya (normal) for the vanila version. Both versions of the Oni War kunai are named the same and must be manually inspected to see witch is CE compliant and who is Vanila.

*insert "Oh shit, here we go again."*

I dread that update the most, lol. Thanks for letting me know it is time to brace myself.

Combat Extended finally released their 1.1 Royalty patch. Not sure of all the changes but I will try it now. If I find any problems I'll try to report them to you here.

Many thanks for your fast response. I will be trying it out later today. :)

Weapons are now updated with latest version of Combat Extended.

Seems simple enough, just constant repetition to replace some tags. At least neolithic weapons are "easier" to adjust. And from looks of it, Oni's themselves require patching from the main mod.
Will find time tomorrow to sort it, and gives me time to make a bit more sense of the numbers for balancing.

Btw thanks for looking into it :)

I think they changed the penetration vs armor system too. Now Oni weapons show up with 0 penetration so bascially anything will stop them. I like the Oni of the Rim mod and the extra weapons mod you made, so it feels bad when I have to equip my Oni with non Oni weapons because of a bug.

Alright, will take a while to find some free time to learn all the changes. I thought the latest edition only added stuff about fires and smoke.

Is it possible to update this mod for the lates CE edition? All the Oni weapons show up with 0Rhm penetration as well as 0 blunt penetration when I now look at their stats.

Updated for providing CE compatibility with Oni of the Rim More Weapons mod.
