@Lucas: yes. Every colonist, no matter how (s)he joins you is rugged.

If I create Biorobots with this mod active, do they come with the Rugged trait as well? In other words, can I make Biohobos?

Yeah the exile as commander profile would probably work better than the sponsor. Though space hobos is also not really a good name for a sponsor tbh

an alternate name for this might simply be "The Exiles" ;P

alternatively could use that name for a commander profile, The Exile
