Actually that might have been bugged. I don't remember if the map has it.

Run "whereis materials/detail/detailsprites.vtf " to locate the source of in this case sprites designated for details like grass, it will indicate this addon.

Note: Grass sprites and possibly other sprites get overwritten by this addon and appear broken while it is enabled, it is suggested to disable this addon when it is not in use.

Redownload. Workshop downloading is bugged and doesn't work all the time.
