@Ironside [USSA] Interesting, i'm surprise no one has done that before, the concept of big ass main battery turrets with triple barrel pointing menacingly always make me moist, unfortunately i've quit Stellaris modding quite ago, still playing it once in awhile, but it's been so long, i don't know how much the codes have changed .

no xD, like a mod that adds in irl naval weaponry to stellaris. like the 16inch triple turret, tomahawk missile pods, StS VLS, ect.

@conqueeftador Yes, it's seems entire mod is broken on 3.0+ right now, i might have to rebuild it from the ground up .

@oreo_ngan_lam Nope, Tried both of them in 3.3 and neither command gave the tech, In the console it said "Technology gained: ?"

@Conqueeftador try these commands to see if the techs still work, also the goalkeeper does shoot at smol crafts , corvettes included

When do they pop up? I just did a run until 2400 and they didnt show up :c
P.S does the goalkeeper actually shoot at corvettes?

I've checked , the tech did showup , hell i expected the worst but for some reason the new Stellaris 3.0 fixed the gun's desc .... weird , well you know what people say , if it's ain't broke don't fix it .

Yeah , but the research phase can be a bit buggy (missing texts and icon) but once you're done the gun will work just fine .

For context I am using the Expanded Stellaris Sound Project, not sure if that would mess with it.

Currently I the only way I can hear my brrt is if I turn my sound WAY up. any chance you can make a maximum brrt edition for this mod?

@ArisenSolution2 it's around year 2240~2260 for all my playthrus test . Tho if it still doesn't appear try using these commands and force research the techs

press ~ to open the console (doesn't work in Ironman mode)

effect give_technology = { tech_Phalanx_Point_Defence_Guns }
effect give_technology = { tech_Goalkeeper_Point_Defence_Guns }

Note that sometime the game will freeze when using these commands , atleast that's what happened on my end , to solve this quit Stellaris, then after you load your current save put these commands in , if putting in 2 commands at the sametime still make your game freeze try using one at a time , and repeat the last process (restart Stellaris) and write the other command in . Hope that help .

Okay after a few playthroughs , the techs did show up and those guns are still working .That's a good sign , now i just need to figure out how to update the mod's number via the new Launcher....

So after some checks , the mod still working with 2.4 patch , imma do a new playthru to see if the techs show up .
