Parameter settings are not saved in the persistent save. Join the their discord and look in the FAQ channel item #4 how to adjust them.

Hi Antistasi community, thanks for this great mod. I don't seem to be able to complete the supply recovery at sea mission since the update a few days ago, when I take the winch down to the box the "attach rope" option no longer appears and I can't attach it. This is with the version downloaded from git hub rather than the steam version. Also, I added two lines to init file to increase view distance and changed a couple of default parameters in params file (cuz I'd forget to change them everytime), could that affect it? It was fine before the update. Many thanks.

Has anyone else had the problem where enemies are bullet sponges or can only be killed with grenades, RPGs, and other explosives? I've also tried to roadkill enemies with cars and it doesn't even affect them.

So I was playing in sp and had some serious issue. like enemy outpost would spawn a mk30 at a spot which you already cleared and mortars can track you like heat seeker w t f?

and one last thing that I fast travel to my airbase and the instant I get there I get bombed and all garrison in there also get killed... I have no idea what is going on.

btw if I change to mp version, can I still load my save?

We've run into a problem and we're going back to the non-blufor version.. Our soldiers and the enemy soldiers look identical in this version, makes fighting in large battles incredibly confusing.

i have also just stumbled across a bug i believe, unless i'm missing something.
when i spawn in a HC Mortar Infantry Team (8 people) they don't spawn in with a mortar, same with the HMG infantry team, the 2 man mortar and HMG team seem to be working fine though

Even if playing as singleplayer we suggest playing in a locally hosted MP environment as the SP has known issues. SP also will be disabled in the future because of said issues.

i have finally come back to playing after like 2 months, i go out do some missions come back open the arsenal and my game freezers on the loading screen... 3 TIMES IT HAS HAPPENED TODAY, i have honestly wasted like 4-6 hours doing all this progress over and over and it keeps happening, what could be causing this? it has done it before on occasion but not every time i come back from missions to re-fresh my gear! i'm getting so frustrated

During my last game session I saved regularly at he HQ but at some point I had a crash to desktop after a "Y menu" interaction (dismissing squad members). I relaunched the game and the scenario but all the saves I did were not taken into account. Why is that so ? Shoudn't a save remains intact whatever happen in the game afterwards ?
It is the second time I experienced this, are the saves somewhere in the files or are they gone for ever ?

I'm playing singleplayer and the loadout I have when I make the persitent save disappear when I resume to play after closing the game
The same happen with AI loadouts.
I lost valuable equipment like this

IFA IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED BY ANTISTASI

Please note that due to an IP (intellectual property) issue within the IFA mod we will temporarily deactivate the compatibility with IFA as we are utilizing assets which are affected.
Nevertheless, we of course will properly integrate IFA compatibility once the issues are fixed.
With the next update we will have adapted the code so IFA is no longer loaded.
Yes, this means that games with IFA will break and you will not be able to continue them, but as the now missing models already broke the game, there is not a large loss.
If you would like to have more information regarding said IFA issue, please visit their steam workshop page as they have posted information in their comments.

@MickelJE, 1) Not currently but as of next patch you will be able to move petros the same way you can move other HQ assets.
2) there is a debug console command or zeus, but otherwise no. This may have also been fixed for next patch.

i hate to be bothering again, but is there a way to stop petros from moving location after saving the game? i have him inside a house re-load then suddenly he has moved elsewhere, like in a different spot in the house or even outside. and have the option to 'build hq' which just re-sets where i have moved flag and ammo crate etc.

And i know bunkers are permanent but is there no possible way to get rid of them? same thing with petros but it sinks further and further into the ground every load so the floor meshes with dirt and it really annoying.

yeah, the problem is definitely the greenfor and blufor versions saving over each other, was running a greenfor version fine with no save issues, then as soon as i start to play a solo server on the blufor versions my greenfor save is gone

@Hotshot The side you play as, and the side you play against. On Blufor the rebels are marked as blufor and fight occupants marked as Greenfor. With RHS, for example, the occupants go from USAF to a GREF faction (CDF)

but one if for bluefor and one is greenfor? i have had different save games before, and saving on the greenfor version is never gone, just bluefor, I.E save on bluefor and greenfor is still working fine with the save

i was playing multiplayer with a mate, we did some stuff, saved it and relogged and it was fine, now after coming back it's gone again?
i am using the RHS mods for the multiplayer and i also am playing the greenfor version solo without the RHS mods, could this be causing an issue?

I really am glad my ideas are the ones you guys want to do but are limited by players that don't plan accordingly for an ambush or etc...

I've been playing since OFP when I got it in 2004... jesus I just dated myself. But yeah learning what your team is wearing etc... is key to mission success or failure rates and blue on blue incidents. I have seen where it can happen, I guess i'm just to used to running with groups that I've known for years haha.

I just had a quick question, is it possible to transfer saves across profiles or even PC's? My current PC is where I have the save but I want to transfer it to another one, is this possible at all? I am playing the scenario version, not the MP version, if that matters at all.

@Falcon The issue there is PID. As we run an official server, some (read: a lot) of the development choices are influenced by feedback from those players and what we see them doing. The number of friendly fire incidents drastically dropped when we made it harder for them to look like the enemy, and shot back up when we recently ran the 3CB modset in which you can pick up British uniforms.

I absolutely agree with the idea that low level garrisons etc. should be similar to the rebels as they would, as you have said, have obtained gear from their armoury. Unfortunately, for better gameplay, we have to make certain choices to account for players who struggle with some of the aspects of the game.

Alright thanks Meerkat for being open to it man I appreciate, may I make a suggestion for the starting patrols, since they are independent you could use FIA assets to make the patrols look militia like.

Since you operate as a rebel group it's a high probability that you were at one point part of these militia's. So your starting gear is essentially what's stolen from their armories.

Don't worry about making it yourself. We are working that way anyway. Just waiting on the completion of an overhaul to how the templates work. If you want to make it DLC free for yourselves, it's in the Occ_AAF template under FIAx arrays.
