Please do these roads whithout the need for Network Extentions!

I have a question that might sound silly, but wouldn't this road layout lead to people getting off in the middle of oncoming traffic? If the bus doors are on the right side, the bus stop should be on the right side of the bus. BadPeanut has a tramroad (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1173882928) that has two "medians" which lets people get of on the right side of the tram. Unfortunatly I can't find a bus road with this layout.
Is it difficult to make one? And do you have a way to send a donation?
