I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

Asset report says the error is in American Hotel Rear. The name has been probably changed by the author of the asset. @Epic Lurker, could you please check? Thanks!

Hi Epic Lurker, this asset has stopped working for me after the last upgrade of Cities (same as a few more like Magna Plaza and Nova Church). Do you know why? Thanks!

I think your worry about the economic impact has been answered and MANY people are using the hotel. It is quite a beauty BTW Epic Lurker! :steamhappy:

The upkeep seems similar to many of the unique buildings that come with the game. If you really want a lower price, you can load it in the asset editor and save a version for yourself with a lower price.

I don't use cheats and am wondering why the maintenance cost is so high. Wont a $2400 maintenance cost create a negative cash flow? Why not reduce the cost to $1200? or lower?

@Dog Turds I've added the stats for you. A lot of people play with infinite money just building pretty cities making the stats less important.

So far over 2500 subscribers and not 1 yet asked about how many visitors or maintenance cost.
I never subscribe to anything until I know those 2 key factors. Furthermore, I will never subscribe to anything that is a drain on my city budget.

@Lennep The thought has occurred to me but that building would be a nightmare to model. Too many parts that don't repeat. Also it doesn't look very cohesive when seen from above. So I will leave it to others. Maybe you should try it!
