Small issue, grid lines don't show up.

Need some help with your table's drawers. Please message me!

This is a really lovely table that I love the look of!

Sadly I encountered a bug. When things are inside a closed drawer, they don't seem to be saved. When loading a save, closed drawers are completely empty.

I'll still be using it (keeping an eye out that all drawers are open when saving), but it seems to be an unintended behaviour. If anyone knows a fix (or of the author could take a look at this) I'd be very thankful!

Realized I'd not given any more information on this... It seems that what is happening for me since the previously mentioned update is that it cycles through the object spawn system like it normally should, but then doesn't actually add the selected item to the cursor, so you can't actually spawn the item, even though it acts like the item is there in terms of trying to cancel out of the object spawn mode.

So, I just tried to use this after a recent TTS update that changed how item spawning is done, and now it's not letting me spawn items. I thought I'd comment, since my (quite limited) guess is that there might be something about the new system that's conflicting, so an update to the table mod might be needed. I'll comment again if I find out it was just a glitch on my end or operator error (which I'm not ruling out just yet.)

I noticed an issue with trying to place zones and text. The table is below the games registered surface. This might be because I am new to this but is there a way to adjust this? Can the table it self be changed to match the TTS surface?

Is it normal that the stuff i stored in the drawers will disappear after i saved and loaded again?

I absolutely love the look and utility of this table. Although, for some reason, dropping a single card on any of the pulled out drawers makes the card fall through. 2 stacked cards? No problem. And if I pull a card from the stack of 2 and drop it on a drawer, it suddenly doesn't fall through anymore. Although that trick only works sometimes. All of this is using the Standard playing cards from Objects > Components > Cards, although it happens with cards from workshop games too. Haven't had any models like chess pieces or similar fall through yet. Notecards are safe too.

Can anyone replicate this or is it just me? I don't see any of this mentioned in earlier comments, so I wonder what's going wrong for me.

Very good table, thank you for making this!

please look into ''The Kraken'' table, there is a button on the side, you can click on it and it allows you to right click in the middle, select ''custom'' and upload a table image.
i would like to see this feature on this table alot!! :)

Didn't do anything and the drawers are working now, table looks good!
Asstronaut 9 Sep, 2019 @ 12:38am
Yep, working now. Thanks

Should be working now. I know what happened... totally my fault XD
I deleted what i thought it was junk files in order to organize my mods propperly...turns out i deleted some files from the actual mod. Not gonna happen again, now its everything in its right place and proppely named.

Also: I'll be uploading a new version of the mod by tomorow or maybe tuesday with new features like alternable drawer types and custom table image, so...stay tunned. :P

I dont get the slightest idea of why the links keep breaking like that, but i will re upload everything again...
Arcturus Asriv 8 Sep, 2019 @ 12:28pm
Also, the Collider on the End Table drawers is broken, as well.
But this can be easily fixed by copying the link in the Model/Mesh field and pasting it in the Collider field, as its Model/Mesh is working.

Here's something...
The last update fixed it for me. And I haven't had any problems.
Loaded it up just fine today after hearing of the problems.

However...
I just un-checked Mod Caching to test and it turns out the obj links are indeed broken.

The image link is fine, and loads in the browser when tested.
But the obj link under Model/Mesh and Collider results in a '404 Not Found' page.

It's the models. I deleted the contents of the models folder but still no luck. Here's the error: https://imgur.com/a/6JYzI5z
Alan  [author] 8 Sep, 2019 @ 11:35am
Whats missing? The textures or the drawers itselves? Try deleting the models, if is the last one. I changed the links to somethings in the last update, maybe it is trying to get the old link.
Asstronaut 8 Sep, 2019 @ 11:31am
Hmm still didn't work. Delete just images? Not models?
Alan  [author] 8 Sep, 2019 @ 11:29am
Also, please ensure the MOD is updated, if not already.
Alan  [author] 8 Sep, 2019 @ 11:25am
If disabling mod cache wont work for you, try deleting the files in Documents/My Games/Tabletop Simulator/ Mods/ Images

It will force Tabletop to download the images again (You need restart tabletop simulator in order for this to work). I checked the files, all links are working, this should be a cache issue.
Asstronaut 8 Sep, 2019 @ 11:17am
Having the same problem with the drawers, disabling mod caching didn't work. Ideas?
Arcturus Asriv 8 Sep, 2019 @ 10:49am
@Merg, try un-checking mod caching and load it once. That should pull the updated drawer models.
You can re-check mod caching again afterwards.
See if that helps.
Alan  [author] 8 Sep, 2019 @ 7:29am
@Merg: Do you mean the texture or the actual object? can you send me a screenshot?
Merg 8 Sep, 2019 @ 4:20am
The drawer models no longer load.
darleth 3 Sep, 2019 @ 4:17am
Thanks...
Arcturus Asriv 27 Aug, 2019 @ 5:51pm
Thanks, Alan.
Working perfectly now.
Alan  [author] 27 Aug, 2019 @ 2:07pm
Arcturus: I have reuploaded the textures. See if they're working now.
Shagrix 25 Aug, 2019 @ 5:16am
Could you make a 12x12 version of this ?
Sir_Charles 19 Aug, 2019 @ 11:07am
Hi Alan,
is it possible to change the texture of the main table?
Unreal Ed 17 Aug, 2019 @ 9:34am
Could you make a mod with just a floating drawer? so we could place it anywhere in space and "minimize" it so it hides its content and only shows the "lid" of the drawer?
Alan  [author] 17 Aug, 2019 @ 7:49am
Its all working as intended now. Kraken table and the LUA tutorials provided me the insight i needed to get it working. (By the way, Kraken table is my favorite table) Let me know if you find any bugs or have any suggestions. :)

Looks great! Only suggestion I'd have is maybe larger drawers on each end for possible GM areas and storage for items off the play area.

Regardless, I love the work so far!
