Mineral Poor removes half the magma biome lots of vacuum looks weird and funny and somehow maybe a bug? Maybe replace it with obsidian rather than remove half the magma and half the mass of said obsidian?

well i just got back from attempting to start up my game, it seems that whenever i attempt to load up or start a new game it immediately crashes. i know for sure this is the result of disabling the original traits, and as sad as it is to say your mod is unusable (or well, not functioning properly)

Did you disable the original traits? If not that is your source of the problem. Klei's original traits allow this combo. Mine doesn't, but if you do not disable the original traits, nothing I can do about it.

so i got lava channels and frozen core for one asteroid, even though lava channels are supposed to originate from the planet's core.

Exclusive traits should now work properly again. Except whenever one of the original trait files supplied with the game get picked. Then it can still happen. E.g. Irregular Oil twice or GeoDormant and Geoactive at the same time.
A simple solution is going into your installation folder: mine is at:
Steam\steamapps\common\OxygenNotIncluded\OxygenNotIncluded_Data\StreamingAssets\worldgen
In there you will find the folder traits : rename it to traits.disabled whenever you use my mod, or simply want to play other worlds without traits. The Exclusive with ... will then properly function as it should.

Exclusive traits are not working currently, even though vanilla exclusion seems to be working for vanilla traits specifically. I can't even seem to make vanilla traits exclusive with modded traits, even by editing the traits file in vanilla.. probably either a vanilla bug or something in the code. This mod works great aside from the trait duplication!

OK It is indeed a known bug which should be fixed in the next update KLEI pushes out: see https://forums.kleientertainment.com/klei-bug-tracker/oni/world-gen-trait-exclusivity-broke-r22986/

OK. It seems my mod is indeed no longer working. I can only assume a bug was introduced by KLEI or they changed the way the yaml files for traits need to be made. I'll have a quick look to see if I can find an easy solution. If not a big part of my mod is non functional anymore. Thanks for reporting this.

Hm, without any another enabled mode, i got:
* Guaranteed Water + Guaranteed Water
* Irregular Oil + Buried Oil
* Guaranteed Power + Guaranteed Power (with Guaranteed Resources and Cryovolcanoes, sic!)

@Sentry Ward Any mod you suspect of causing this issue: disable them and try out the world creation process, then start reenabling the most likely culprits first. And work your way down the list. Otherwise I know there is a mod given full control over how your generate your world, maybe that would be an easier option for you.

Seems like almost any grouped rait can be duplicated; also seems like doesn't group oil, boulders.

Probably its on my side, because i have a lot of mods enabled :|

P.S. Moving up/down your mod doesn't help
P.P.S. I have only one world generation mode enabled - Slicksteria, which i think should not bring any conflict

All traits are part of groups, and all trait within the same group should be mutually exclusive. So if you encounter duplicate identically named traits, that is certainly a bug. If you encounter this situtation please provide the name(s) of the traits and I can take a look if my mod is at fault.

Currently I have no idea yet, how to code yet for ONI. When I have some time I will try to look into it. However how I currently implemented all the variation is through a multitude of World Traits (200 to be precise) and no actual coding. I think I would have to create extra geysers first, and then have new world traits to implement them. It is certainly doable, cause there is a mod that adds new geysers.
The trouble is, I need to learn how to code (again) for this. So it could be a while before I am able to implement this. No Promises yet!

Hey love this mod! I love the RNG factor and randomness it adds to the game. Really livens up things and keeps it interesting.

I have a great Idea and I hope you can implement it if its how you want this mod to be. Could you add in a new type of trait called "rich geysers" These are the standard versions of geysers only there output is beefed up making them more like fountains. They would replace the normal versions in the map with there beefed up counterpart. If that is possible I think it could add to what I love most in this mod.
