I thought this page had a guide. Sorry about that. Inside the .zip/.vpk there should be a Left4Dead2 and Wolfie_Mods folder, if you dont have any gameinfo mods you can just replace gameinfo.txt, if you do have just add Game Wolfie_Mods item in your gameinfo list.

Subtitles are stored in the captions file. And there are .dat's but they left the uncompiled ones for modders to use.

Open the .VPK drop the contents inside your Left 4 Dead 2 folderm it should ask to replace gameinfo.txt, thats all
