yeah its called the More Materials! addon. suggest you uninstall it before it does weird stuff to your gmod.

I got to the lowest point which is basically 2 frames, it's props for sure as it went to that point during the tornado picking up stuff

EF4 and EF0 spawned in, 30 frames, it's probably particles, props and a few other things, I'm running Lifemod too so it might be fixing my lag

Spawned an EF0 and my lowest frames were 5 fps, I think the amount of props is the cause.

Just checked it out, looks pretty neat. I also just cleared vehicles, entities, and anything that could cause lag, I'm gonna try to do clear of lights, wheels etc

The vehicles are the main thing that causes lag, but there's no vehicles on that map.
So Im not sure

The reason that I didn't add those, is because it's more like a town map.
