Discord is out of my question. There is nothing left of any use.
I have informed the mod author of Renaissance Era Revised, Zwei833, that the certain mods especially the Mercenaries, Cities in Development and Piety, whom those mods are part of the old versions of RtP that Renaissance Era Revised supports; is no longer supported.

I'm pretty sure the reason for this issue is simple and dump.

Take your time, it'll be worth the wait.
Health and Plagues is one of the first things I want to get out after some other projects I'm working on, but Crimes was one of those components that needed deep revision. Levies and Provinces are sort of tied together and I'm not sure when they're be coming out separately. The main hold-up is how difficult it is to separate each of those components from each other since in JFDLC they were deeply interconnected. Moreover, there are other compatibility concerns I have to deal with to fit into the new RTP scheme (particularly with replacing the City View and ToolTips, which can't be done lightly).
But I think @Iska and Ismet got his hands already on plagues, crimes, and colonies. Not only that, he has his hands on civic policies, dark ages, loyalty, holy wars, world wars, cold wars, and corporations.
Have to take note now that Iska's Empires Ascendant will not be compatible with the entirely of Rise to Power and have to be blocked.
First, thank you for the mods they are great. I really like playing Civ V again. However, I have the same problem as some of the other players are commenting on. After getting a free social policy I can't progress to the next turn. Also I can't use great philosophers when I complete a social tree.
Thank you for all the mods you have made all these years.

The mods are great. It greatly improves the game experiense. I only runed into one problem. When I get my first policy from my culture after geting the free tenets, I get 3 or 4 policys and then it doesn't disapear, I can't progress the turn.
