This is funny for all the wrong reasons. At first I was like well this thing sucks, they scream even while alive or when nothing happens...then I realized the idiot bots had equipped it like a medical or ammo bag and where spamming it at times... HAHA

I'm guessing this doesn't work all the time because it's not triggering on death, their deaths just some times correlate when a bot in combat would spam a medical or ammo bag. Once I disabled them as weapons no one screamed at all and since there is no point for a bot to use an item i.e. an equipped scream upon death I'm guessing the functionality of this mod is happenstance not programmed correctness.

Ima be real, i half expected that one sceaming death from Star Wars

When the Bots die, they dont scream :(

@webking321 Yes, its compatible. It is a invisible medipack that just shouts when you or a bot deploys it. It does not have any healing affects.

So if I download this item, how does this work? And is it compatible with other skins?
