At that point the only thing I could think of would be to install VoidTools "Everything" and search for either "Realitic-Blood-Fix" [sic] or 1841050882 and delete any .gma files matching those names

Why its not realistic when u have low settings, or blood don't appears because of low settings. so it means its not realistic, gib mod is better because they works in low settings. It only changes decals blood, and splatter. i seen better like 4k blood btw.
