They will move in same directions but they will. veer off further and further from each other every time you move them because they dont actively try to keep synced.


I habe tried to get syncs like what you are trying to do with rotor replication scripts. They make a rotor to copy anothers stats, but i havevemt gotten those scripts to work.

Finding a script that succesfully copies rotor angles is ypur best bet. And if you find one and manage to make ot wprk tell me too! :D

maybe if i like confused MART into moving both arms the same by like making a group for the azimuth and a grout for the elevation they would possibly move in sync?

if i like change the arms around a little bit, like move them around and stuff, could it maybe work?

The arms work with whips MART script and you have to set up the shoulder to work with that. the elbow and elbow turn groups need to be setup seperately activated if you are using the same arm as i was.

After that all 3 arms will get same shoulder signals but they dont stay aligned in any way, thats why i made the arms only controlled individually.

yo hali, i am making crimson typhoon from pacific rim, but i can't quite get the third arm to work, i have the arm pasted in, rotors and all, but it just won't work:( I was hoping that the third arm (right arm if it helps) would sync in motion with the other right arm, but it just sorta toggles between them randomly. Any idea what is going on?

Yeah altough build like this is definitely not one of the easiest ones to start fiddling by if you havent built it yourself.


Hmm how you tried to adjust the rotor aligner? It is bound to MART.

if you turn show sensor fields on from terminal you can manually adjust it with mouse

Aligner programmable block should not do anything for the legs.

No I already done the torque it just that am working with a old Jaeger model that I copied the scripts from this to use it. The aligner programme block will not let me edit the aligner for the legs

I cannot change the Velocity on the rotor aligner, I think I nearly got my Jaeger working again but the rotor seems to be the one thing that not working.

Gray there was a new fix related to aligner not working.
I updated the aligner pb and fiddled with custom data. Updating the pb, copying my custom data to it and hitting it with argument load should do the trick.

Also i reduced strength of aligner adjuster rotor, the good value can be checked from this current build too.

You can fix existing builds by finding "mecs pb" and updating it with latest version of mecs from workshop. Also edit script and change tolerance angle to 5 degrees.(mecs pb ->edit-> find

I havent really made any good ones. Kaijus tend to have very differing structures so each one should be built and animated seperatedly instead of making one base chassis(line this one) and customizing it.

I might make some kaiju at some point but probably not multiple

AWESOME BUILD ive been seeing your builds and they are amazing but when i saw the trailer for your Jaeger the Gipsy danger i looked for a titan mech blueprint you know the titans in pacific rim that the Jaegers fight. Well anyway i was wondering could you make one and publish it pls?

the cycle is something i am currently working on the walking cycle, this is kinda a multi person project as this started as a frame which the author said to make whatever with as long as the link to it is posted in the comments of his original build iirc, i'm just the middle man trying to get this thing to walk and fight, aswell to make a secondary varient built for space combat(the main difference being the legs are just mounts for vector thrust)

The walkibg script is MECS by trekkerjoe which isnt mine, and unless you use exact copy of legs the setup as is does not work.

If you manage to make it work somehow go ahead but i recomend to use MECS as it is and actually setting up a cycle. I can guarantee thats a lot less work.

Interesting. i tested the workshop build but it worked just fine. Did you add any blocks that might jam any joints or did you remove anything?

You should probably try to unsiscribe&resuscribe to the build, make sure that the world has scripts on and spawn the mech at least 20 meters above ground so that there is 0 chance of it clipping in voxel. if even one wheel get changed to station it persists as station if you remove and paste it again from the jammed one.
