They finally fixed the RPG weapon base in the new update, so I'll probably go back and tweak this one a little.

the projectiles are really slow. to make this a more effective weapon you need to kick your own rockets forward.

This might be more of a game bug it seems like all modded rocket launchers shoot sort of floating non-propelled projectiles.
