Report a translation problem
Me, with an upgraded smite(+3 regen) and two upgraded bountiful sunlights(+6 regen) by floor 18: "I'm going to build up 15 regen a turn and then use my combo of Fountain of LIfe (+2 max HP) and Store Up (0-cost put 2 copies of chosen card into discard) to gain literally infinite health"
Boasts:
-extremely cool starting relic
-lots of micro synergies between cards and buffs
-new relics I ran into were all good
-cards are a LITTLE text-heavy, but the actual complexity of this character is fantastically tuned - some fairly deep strategies that are nevertheless very intuitive.
-lots of impactful upgrades (love this, makes it easier to specialize when deck type when cards of all kinds can become rockstars with an upgrade).
I've only played the one run with the character, but I came away extremely impressed and wanting to try again, which is really cool. Feels great all around!
However, it adds events and relics that should be character-specific, not global. So I have to turn mod off when I want to play a different character.
Regen as a mechanic is very powerful, but can lead to boring optimal play.
I think Dark Barrier should be made into a rare, not kept as an uncommon.

That said, the execution could use some work. Some card synergies are needlessly complex or hard to build into, like the poison juggling cards. Others are outright broken - the ability to get six Metallicize after a kill with a 1 energy card that deals reasonable damage is just bonkers.
The wording is unclear on other cards, like the one that provides effects based on the number of "unplayed" cards in your discard pile - does that mean cards that were sent to discard by ending your turn/discard effects, or only cards that have the "Unplayed" effect triggers?
I still haven't gotten all unlocks/tried all cards to really know if there's a bug or not (playing on 2.00 or something, latest spire w/ watcher version when this was posted), but this mod really delivers on "characters that feel like they're from the original game".
With quite the amounts of original card art (good enough) , epic final boss scene (there's no "visual effects" on the score screen yet though), and the mechanics included, it's a great mod. Definitely in my top 3 character mods, with The Cursed being around there too.

Confusion is insanely good
