Pretty much, it also adds a lot of hats and clothes to citizen and shops, bringing a bit of diversity to the world. Exo suits and several armors are unique to bosses or factions. The main feature of the mod is backpacks of course, but some pretty rare armors like tight jump suit for ex. will come in handy for a dex build char.
Things that are on the picture (girly onepiece and sailor's striped vest) are also present. :)
I'll look into it if I have time. However I think it'll require a handful of tweaking since the mod is updated and therefore is different now.

Nope you can't craft it. I think it is reasonable, since it is rather op for dex player.
You can delete them from the vendors list, so they won't appear at shops. Also you can tell me about them, maybe I'll cut them out myself, since I think this mod is a bit bloated.
Right now I'm working on the mini version of this mod, with only backpacks and three items.
Now it works well, although i noticed there is a couple items im not a big fan of. What would be my best bet for disabling them? make a private copy of this mod with the changes i want? or change the source mod rather then this one?
The absense of names means they are in Russian. Either they are not present in the English version of the mod, and therefore not overwritten, or some other error. In any case I'll look into it.

I haven't touched original meshes, so maybe they also are broken by English version. if this is a broken reference then I can do something about it but if the mesh itself is damaged or incomplete that is a whole different story.
I have noticed that the hicking jacked has a weird texture hole under the left arm.
Iam useing more idle animations so maybe thats the reason but i wanted to let you know.

I had the original english patched mod and yours after and in game the meshes where invisible.

You are welcome. I'm currently balancing the mod further, fixing armors and reducing vendor clutter, so stay tuned.
Хорошая идея но это не так просто, надо отвязывать все шмотки от иконок оригинального мода, плюс вычищать лишние связи, удалить лишние шмотки и технологии и пр.. Опять же надо разрешение спрашивать у автора, т.к.это уже самостоятельный мод получится. Будет время - сделаю.
Yes it will. Those mods are backward compatible, meaning it does not matter if you use English or Russian version as the base, you can change them on the fly.
I can look into that. I think some multipliers are 10x off. It supposed to be 0,9 isntead of 0,09, since something below 0,1 is pointless game wise.
I dont know if you did this or if it was part of the original mod, but since it seems you want to imporve on it im just going to continue reporting on whatever i find
