Via the grueling usage of the nudge tool. Selectively moving the assets for each province at a time, such as cities, ports, etc. Was totally worth the work tho.

"Not even 24 hours later and I come back to god damn EUIV workshop and what the hell do I see" referring to said photo. He never links or credits mods, I'll give you that, but he didn't say he made the mod.

This mod is still not showing up for me after I download it, I have done everything
downloaded it uninstalled it then downloaded it then restarted steam then tried it but it wasn't there
