one suggestion though, maybe use a glass ceiling so you can look down on the turret from above and get a good view of finally defeating your nemesis
Oh and I was wondering if the funnel acting as a time freeze on turrets was some kind of Hammer edit... But it seems that it works for any turret, I learnt something ^^
re-tested:
on numerous attempts, the portal goes central, on the flip panel.
got it sideways, occasionaly. but still central.(can't get it nearer the glass)
so with the glass also lowered, & portable cieling higher.
I think you have stopped the unintended solution completely. SUCCESS :)
only very minor thing, is you can hit the entrance. (from above)
(I would think about pushing it back 1 tile)
but not a big issue, & easily avoided. (just a perfection thing)
I agree with you about how helpfull, a video can be.
but to explain how to solve an exploit, I have built a small mechanism
& taken a screenshot, in the editor, before now.
yes, screenshots in the editor work as well, as in game.
good for quick explanation, if words alone can't help.

it is then easy & quick, for people to view them.
though I have watched a couple a long time ago.
but if you raised the portable cieling above the entrance.
so you could not see it, from the flip panel.
I think it would stop the exploit. (if you want to ?)
I think I did intended solution, this time.
I put gel on portable areas of pit.
on flip panel.
& in front of entrance.
I put a portal above entrance.
jumped into pit & bounced.
fired portal at pit & went threw & out of portalble area above entrance.
fired portal at flip panel & bounced threw cieling by entrance
& out of flip panel.
going up from flip panel, fired portal at top.
went threw & crouched outside entrance.
then infinite gel drop, to kill turret, cube on exit button, & exit
was that the correct solution ?
ps. if yes, I don't mind you deleting this, to avoid spoiling it for others.
not if you have Bounce Gel at the bottom.
when doing the infinite drop, you leave the portal on the top.
fire the other above the entrance.
then you hit the floor (flip panel)
& bounce up through the top portal & out of the portal, above the entrance.

but the exploit was a puzzle, in itself. (also good timing essential )
it looks like I did the same as Picton.
after trying to bounce back up from the pit & failing.
I shot a portal through the gap in the glass.
while doing an infinate drop.
fair enough about the symmetry.
though I like maps to look good.
if it's a choice between looks & functionality.
I will choose the later. (my personal preference)
both obviously better.
though maybe us 2 cube droppers, to keep the symmetry.
then use the 2nd cube to add another piece of the puzzle ?
if you don't want to add puzzle elements,
the 2nd cube, could activate flip panels, where the portable areas,
above the entrance are, & connect to the exit, to prevent using it as a shield.
Picton - Your on the the right track but your solution isnt entirely intended (thats why it was a difficult shot). Will work on a fix, thanks again for your feedback

better, but I would suggest moving the cube, even closer, to the lower button.
I think more people will 1st try, as you intended.
but moving the cube closer, will cause even more people to do as intended.
your map, your choice, of course.
I just updated the map, no changes to the puzzle. Just a small rearangement try and make people play as I intended them to

unfortunately before I could back it up,
my pc died :(
it wont even go to bios.
just makes beeping sounds, nothing on monitor.
so unless I can think of something, I can't update this map.
luckily all other maps backed up :)
