Hey man. Would you be interested in someone to make a SFM promo shot for it? I can do it if you need.

If this doesn't make it in this year, will we see a mod version? I can see this item's coat looking good as a basis to do some nice suit reskins for Medic (I'm seeing a version of the Doctor possible with this in particular).

I do agree wtih HAndsome Squidward in retrospect, I think it would look great on the spy visually as well as thematically since the since the spy can go invisible, transform, etc. Maybe next halloween.

I'm not saying to give the Spy an exact duplicate - I mean, cnsider this; coat is open, revealing the black wastecoat, wearing the same cape thing the Medic is wearing. Maybe it's just me, but it sounds like it'd fit swell.

@ Mr. Big: Why are the Sanguine Cloak and the Blutmantel two separate items?
I thought at first, from the demo picture, that this is one item, but then clicked on the link to the set. The demonstration picture is rather misleading in that regard, as the shoulder part is obscured on the Medic on the left, while the Medic on the right showcases the coat and the shoulder cloak together.

Too many polygons to be 1 item. The Vest part alone was pushing it.

@ Handsome Squidward: Would look nice on the spy, but a long cloak or long coat would change the Spy's in-game silhuette too much, it's not allowed.

Cool as this is, I can't help but feel these items would be more at home on the Spy...
