@MrFixIt Sorry I have only just now seen your comment. I haven't been on here in ages (as you could probably tell) and haven't updated any of the mods in quite some time after running into issues with one of the patches last summer 2020 timeframe. I guess I've left it up for people running legacy builds of the game, which are probably quite few and far between. My apologies for any errors you are encountering, but it's most likely due to being severely outdated and I don't have the time right now to comb through everything to get it fixed.

For some reason when I use this mod it makes "invisible walls" all over the track. It "seems" to be mainly wherever there is a terrain change.

Examples: From track to grass, from dirt to grass, from track center to track edge, or any elevation change, even when its only an inch or so "bump" and is actually part of the track.

Its pretty severe. I cant get halfway around a track without slamming into a half dozen to a dozen or more of them.

I dont know why, and it may be something I'm doing wrong, But I cant figure it out. Thanks for making these mods though, Most have been flawless and a HUGE improvement to the game.

Grass should be slick. Does nothing regarding pavement, or dirt.
Worthless.

With mixed results depending on vehicle, I found some new settings that can completely quash slippery grass, though at present it also exponentially increases vehicle rollover likelihood as a result, especially in the tall vehicles like the Mud Digger and Special vehicles like the bus and big rig. I'll keep at it to find a good solution for all.

From the change notes: Made modest changes to what I believe are the grass values in the game. Until I hear back from either the dev team or a fellow modder for an exact surface type, this is my best guess that does not effect rally-type racing surfaces, only 'off track excursions'. There is still a perceptible loss of traction on grass and sandy surfaces, but is overall less punishing and far more recoverable in my testing.

Not quite at pre-August update feel, but a fairly acceptable balance between previous and current effect.
