Hey there, I just wanted to thank you for this ship. It handles very well and is amazing in several different aspects !
I also kinda upgraded this ship along the way.
And ended up with this overpowered beast (shield are still kinda low as they are impenetrable : - 60% shields)

I am very bad at building myself, but I tried at a bit at least. The only thing I'm not happy about in my adaptations, is the gun placement. As I'm using railguns and lightning guns, coaxial, I want them nicely grouped together near the center of my reticule. But I couldn't find a good way to place them down hehe

Right on. I'll touch some stuff up that I might want to upload, and mark the base ship as a required file in addition to mentioning it in the description. Adding it as a required file doesn't REQUIRE the person downloading it to sub your ship too, but it does pop it up when subbing.

I don't mind if people add refits/remixes to the workshop as long as like there's credit to my original ships. I do like seeing them. Part of what makes this game so cool is seeing things people can or do get really excited with, and who knows maybe I'll learn a thing or two if people 'fix' my ships.

I wouldn't upload the refits myself as they wouldn't be my designs, but you're welcome to if you want! I was thinking of redoing the colour on some of my ships for a Covert-Ops line, which I only got done with my Wake MK II

Harbus, would you want folks to send you their remixes on your ships? Remix being taking the ship and making minor adjustments to suit their purposes, for you to either upload to the collections as a variant or to just use for inspiration? I've done a fair few recolors if you care to see them, though almost no geometry edits.

Yeah I like seeing what people do with my ships. A lot have ended up making interesting builds off them. Recolours as well are neat, and yeah I can see how the Breach makes a good industrial ship.

A good few of the WFL are built with the aesthetic of a Industrial manufacture in mind(the idea is that a few different ship designers contribute work to the one faction) so you'll see or should see IMC(my freighters) stuff looking similar to a lot of WFL stuff.

Fair, but I think I can do with using nothing but the HON lineup beyond my first frankenship.

Especially with just recoloring. I've been doing that with the WFL fleet. A breach with a mostly yellow paintjob just screams utility/industrial ship, even though it normally looks like a bruiser.

I haven't used it yet, as I'm still using the WFL for my fleet in my current playthrough, but I can't wait to tire of my current playthrough to use the HON ships.

Ive thought of doing a faction entirely built around Modular design. Would be a neat third faction to play with.

I really like your ships, so much so that I took the parts I liked most and combined them into one ship that I think looks pretty nice. I see you say you are burnt out on building, but what about taking some parts of the ship and releasing them as modular pieces that can be used however? The design of your ships seems to cater to this style of design visually, and it has been relatively easy for me to cut them up and save the parts so I can use them, but it would be pretty nice to build one from the ground up in a modular style using your designs and visuals.

The colour is just so it's easier to see the difference between each section. Was suggested a while ago I do that for the frameworks. They're not designed for any other specific purpose so you can use or modify how you want.

Yeah I wanted to make a full line but this last one kind of did me in. Might end up coming back to these months later.

btw does the color coding have meaning in your frameworks?

I'm repurposing your armor curves for my ships too and frankly im just modifying the ones you made and using it in my gameplay if i need a freighter i just switch parts around and im pretty happy with agility of your ships so it works great:) pretty sad to hear you want to stop i would love to have a full set for a playthrough :) (including a 15 slot capital ship)

I really love all the ships you've made to the point that I use them as inspiration for my own ships I have built in my singleplayer games. I am sorry you're feeling burnt out, but thank you for the wonderful ships. :)
