personally, for the description, I'd just smash my head into the keyboard and leave it there for 5 seconds.

1. Have a Chiaki model.
2. There will automatically be sounds for falling, damage, etc. Other sounds are initiated with gestures.
3. May not work if for some reason the Chiaki model you're using has a different file path, which is unlikely.
