There must be a way. I mean MOWAS2 mod version can be changed manually
Again, THE REAL GOAL OF THIS MOD is to try to get RobZ and the rest of the MOWAS2 community onto this game engine, because I genuinely think its FPS system is revolutionary for the RTS genre!
So if anyone is interested in helping me with fixing errors or has experience with the Call to Arms codebase, please contact me!
Basically my mod is a tangled mess of bitgamer's MOWAS2 port and my hacked port of RobZ.
My recent thinking was I could give everyone a cleaner experience if I just release a pure port of RobZ and have my WWII Tactics as a separate add on.
That way, people could just have separate downloads of bitsgamer's MOWAS2's port, my RobZ port, and my own WWII Tactics mod. Then I could get rid of this weird, slapdash, glob-of-a-mod people are using now.
Unfortunately, I underestimated the process, and I fell into a whirlwind of compatibility issues that were impossible to fix by release date I planned.
Also, since I was working on pulling my mod apart, I didn't have any new content to release. I have no roadmap for this separation project, so I'll go back to my pre-hiatus roadmap.
I hope it is still being updated he may be just taking longer than expected.
Sorry for being dead for so long, but I'm back to working full time on this mod, for however much time I can squeeze out of the next month(s)?
Just give me a week to dust off the cobwebs and figure out what I was in the middle of working on.
