There's something that should be fixed because now you can make an infinite amount of money just by hiring soldiers of fortune using mining contracts, and then disbanding them.

really cool concept and fun civ, however I think the planton may be overpowered. I think it might be a good idea to decrease the frequency of discovering minable resources
