advanced deathwish
expert death sentence

Feel like it should be
Easy = Normal
Normal = Hard
Advanced = Overkill
Expert = Death wish
Expert Realism = Death Sentence

easy = Astral Rookie
normal = Space Marine
hard = Its a me Doomguy
expert = Soaring Comet
