No, weapon addons are purely "cosmetic", meaning that it only changes the model.

@8sianDude do these weapon addons affect the bullets dispersion?

If I may suggest you the animations for the said AR-15 style weapon, try CoD IW's NV4 animations

Rex's M16 worked really well with them, and realizing the selling point that is the RNG magazines I think those animations would make the said feature to stand out

I don't plan on updating any of my old addons with any new features. However, I am planning on a potential AR-15 style weapon (probably a M4) with the same RNG magazine feature. After all, there are a bunch of different variety of M16 magazines available made by different companies. Though the only issue that I will have to face is actually finding the magazine models that are available.

RNG mags, that's new and clever IMO, could be thing to implement to all of your future weapons mods, and maybe update some of your previous ones with it ;P
