It was certainly interesting, but I couldn't wrap my head around it. It is a cool style though!

It's very hard to visualise the whole of the puzzle, so even though it's a really cool idea it just doesn't play very well.
Also, a hint as to what the middle button does would be nice

I can't tell what the middle button in each set does.

Funny, but VERY difficult for me. Intersting, even if we are far away from Portal. Thanks

Where is the easter egg! I'm so tired of looking (: I even jumped outside the map with the ball, I thought it was gonna scream SPAAAAACE! Can't find it.

Oh, nevermind. :P

The ball fell out of the world.
The end.

I love how if you fall off you don't die, countless times I have wandered off an edge in a map and had to start over because of it. The ending is very nice too.

I enjoyed the game. Different from using portals. The views are a little difficult.

That has to be one of the strangest maps I've played to date ... but in an awesome way! Yet it felt like I kinda stumbled upon the solution by chance, just pressing this button twice than that one ... I think I did only press like four buttons for the solution. Nonetheless, very nice work!!! Did you use Hammer to build this?
Idolon  [author] 20 Oct, 2013 @ 9:12am
Updated. A few unintended solutions have been removed, and falling off in the first area has been fixed.

If you are having trouble seeing where walls are in the obelisk, the edges of the walls are a bright white that should be easier to see than the glass itself.

Additionally, there is an easter egg.

Nice idea of ball in a labyrinyth, but it's really long to navigate cube using 6 buttons in different places

It was fun and very hard but in a nice way.

Tricky one. The capacity of view was an issue. probably some stair instead of the portal on the floor, would make the map too easy.

pretty cool, but i didn't understand the use of the middle button...
Enigmatic 19 Oct, 2013 @ 10:00am
I solved with press only three buttons. At first the first right button then I took the right passage. I pressed the right button again, I am to stay in the same floor and I pressed the left button. Then I put back the staircase. I did not use the second floor. But I appreciated your room because you do not have to look has to make too complex, I took all the same pleasure has to reflect. Thank you (sorry for my bad english)
solairflaire 18 Oct, 2013 @ 12:26pm
Very different. It took me 5 or 6 times of trial and error but once seen what was going on, it took me less then minute to solve it. quite nice.

OMG! I solved this! yay:p2orange:
Josuke 18 Oct, 2013 @ 9:29am
Just like a cubix-rubix :D but too hard for me
Baldatory 18 Oct, 2013 @ 4:35am
its genius!
chris 17 Oct, 2013 @ 9:03pm
Interesting, but rather off topic.
Eagleshadow 17 Oct, 2013 @ 9:54am
Interesting but a bit too complex, I suggest making a series of similar very easy intro puzzles to ease the player in into this type of puzzle. So that we don't go and randomly press buttons trying to figure out what does what. Also as temporarymanwastaken, it's hard to see inside clearly enough.

Good

REALLY GOOD!! I loved it =D
󰀉tempeh󰀉 15 Oct, 2013 @ 5:10pm
Maybe I could solve it if I could see inside clearly enough to understand the shapes of the rooms.
marshmallie 13 Oct, 2013 @ 6:19pm
hmm. Very interesting, liked the visuals- but I didn't understand it at all and couldn't solve it.

No models, only func_brushes.

I hope you've provided these interesting models on thinking with portals :)
